Welcome to the Communications & Marketing Request System

Every item that uses the HCC logo, brand wordmark or has an intention to represent the institution through words or graphics must be approved by HCC branding prior to production. Requesting a product through HCC Communications ensures you have a brand-approved item that adheres to our institutional brand standards. By using the menu options below, you can request various products (web and print), including brand approval for items you have created yourself.

Request System Change

HCC Shared Services Center

On December 19, 2022, the Communications and Marketing Office will move away from the existing production request system, JIRA, and start using Service Now (SNOW).

The Service Now system is an HCC enterprise service used by multi-college offices.

  • You can get access to Service Now using your HCC email login and password.


Please note any requests that have been submitted by December 19 in the JIRA system that are not completed yet will be completed in the existing JIRA system. You will not have to re-submit these requests in the new system (Service Now).

Also note: this new request system will have no impact on the Brandfoilo site.

Request FAQs

How quickly will my request be completed?

Communications is committed to reviewing and assigning all requests on the day the request is received. However, completion times can vary depending on the complexity of the request. Most basic requests such as changing the date, or updating an address can be completed within two business days.  The completion date cannot be the requesting date.

It's best to plan in advance for events and marketing collateral items you need by a certain deadline. Major print jobs may take up to ten business days to complete, allowing for design and print processes. Web requests that require major development will vary as regards to completion timetables. Jobs will be canceled 10 business days after a request for feedback is unanswered, or when the requested delivery deadline passes and the client has not responded to requests from Communications for feedback.


How does the request system work?

  1. Navigate to in your browser.
  2. Click on the "Communications & Marketing" button.
  3. On the subsequent page, click on "Make a Request" to view all of the request types.
  4. If you are prompted to log in, do so using your HCC email address and password.
  5. Selected your request type and fill out the request form.
