Administrative procedures and regulations implement board adopted policies. Procedures and regulations are subject to Board review but are not adopted by the Board. The linked procedures serve as one component of the administrative regulations of HCC. Additional components include guidelines, handbooks, manuals, forms, and any other documents defining standard operating procedures.
