Pastry Arts

The Pastry Arts curriculum is designed to provide students with the skills, knowledge and abilities for a successful career in the food service industry.  Our internationally known instructors are preparing students in state of the arts kitchen facilities for the challenging world of ever increasing chef positions in greater Houston Area.

Emphasis is placed on the progression of the students through sanitation in food handling, teaching various cooking and baking techniques and teaching latest trends using finer foods taught by our award winning chef instructors
