Get in shape with HCC Fitness Center classes

The spring semester is a great time to get in shape. Work your way to fitness by attending one of HCC Fitness Center’s classes, which are free for currently enrolled HCC students and fitness center members. All classes take place in the San Jacinto Memorial Building’s gymnasium, 1300 Holman Street, first floor. Here’s the fitness-class schedule:

MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS

Bootcamp: 4:30 − 5:30 p.m.

Kickboxing: 5:45 − 6:45 p.m.

MMA Conditioning: 7 − 8 p.m.

TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS

Zumba: 4:30 − 5:30 pm.

Kemetic Yoga: 5:45 − 6:45 p.m.

Capoeira Angola: 7 − 8 p.m.

Free-play basketball starts Jan. 30 from 3 − 5:30 p.m.
